Business Development Executives:
Assignment Profile:

Selected candidates male/female would be responsible for the growth of organization. The key responsibilities would include achievement of the assigned targets along with stipulated productivity indicators as set by the management from time to time. The aspirants would have to identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company; prepare pre-sales proposals for prospective clients; make inspiring sales presentations to the prospective clients; build and maintain strong client relationship and high level of customer service; keep abreast with the organization's products and services and to crack profitable deals and referrals to achieve sales targets.

Skill Sets:
  • Analyze and resolve the assigned Queries/transactions meeting the timelines and statistical skills deemed fit for Reporting.
  • Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers/website interface
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Contribute towards continuous process improvements .

The applicant should have an experience of 3-5 years of which at least 3 years should be in the direct sales and the marketing function. Candidates should be graduates and a diploma in sales and marketing would be desirable though not essential. They should have exposure to selling skills and have the ability to work under pressure.
