As a professional if you have good motivational skills, enjoy leading a team and always put the customer first, then this could be the right job for you. You would need to be well organized, have excellent communications skills and be able to take decisions. Qualifications in customer service and previous experience of supervising staff, and dealing with customers face-to-face or over the phone would also be helpful. As a customer services manager, it would be your job to make sure that customers’ needs and expectations are met. You would be responsible for managing a customer service team and dealing with enquiries in person and to develop customer service standards for the organization. Responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring the company delivers the highest level of customer service possible.

Experience:

Applicants should be graduates with 3-5 years of experience. Added qualifications in customer care would be an asset. Previous experience of providing effective planning; organization and development of a team of Customer Services executives would be desirable. Applicants should have exposure or be open to exceptional customer service on traditional and new communication channels, including social media, web interface and mobile devices.
